Homemade Face Wash by Dr Axe

This homemade face wash recipe will leave your skin feeling refreshed, hydrated and clean! The essential oils and coconut oil work to kill any bacteria while providing nutrients and hydration to your skin to keep it looking and feeling young and vibrant! It’s one of my all time favorite recipes!

Note: Citrus essentials oils are highly concentrated and are full of healthy acidic properties! Because of this, we recommend you use glass containers when storing them so they do not eat away any of the plastic.

How to dress for your body shape

Different people have different body shapes and body sizes. This means that a dress would look very pretty on one person, and not look so good on another because of their differing body shapes and sizes. It helps a great deal to know what body shape one is to make choosing clothes to suit them easier and perfect. Normally, body shapes are determined by the curves, hips, waist and bust connection. You can determine your body shape by getting your proportions right to help you flatter your best features with your choice of clothes.

Standard is certainly the easiest body type to dress. When gaining weight, the standard type will gain weight evenly on all of the body. Due to the proportion of the body, this type can pretty much wear anything.

Straight/rectangular – 46 percent of women; waist is about the same as hips and waist, more like a cylinder; if you have this body type, you can “pinch” your waist and exaggerate curves to avoid looking lanky or boyish. Go for ruffles and frills to add texture and volume (and femininity) to your figure. Steer clear of baggy jeans and track clothes if you don’t want to look boyish.

Pear – bottom-heavy; 20 percent of women; hips significantly larger than bust; if this is your body type, there are things you can do to make your hips and butt look slimmer, but some women might want to make their butts bigger! X or the hour glass body type shoulders and hips are around the same size and have a defined waist. When looking for clothes, go for things that hug and not hide your curves. When shopping for dresses go for the ones that draw attention to the top area due to puffy sleeves, bright waistband or bold pattern. All those things are good for adding volume and diminishing the lower half. As mentioned, you can dress your body to reflect a better shape easily and carry on with your life if you are healthy. Learning to accept and appreciate your body shape grows your self confidence, which in turn, exudes joy and contentment. Others will be drawn to you more than before.
